Finance and Operations Director

Blenheim High School is a fully comprehensive co-educational Academy in Epsom, Surrey. We have circa 1300 students on roll including 200 in our 6th form. We have excellent modern facilities for students and we are a well-resourced school with annual revenues of circa £7m.

We are looking for a dynamic, capable and experienced Finance and Operations Director to join our Leadership Team, working alongside our Head Teacher and Governing Body to ensure that we provide the best possible rounded education to all of the students in our care.

The Finance and Operations Director will be accountable for all aspects of the non-teaching operations of the Academy and will manage a team of circa 60 people across a variety of disciplines.

If you are passionate about comprehensive education, have a proven track record of operating successfully in a complex, ideally educational, environment, have extensive commercial and operational expertise and want to join a dynamic new leadership team committed to delivering the best possible education to the students in their care we would love to hear from you.
