Enrichment has a vital role in a student's development. It helps to develop soft skills and personal qualities, such as leadership, initiative, perseverance and team spirit, which prepare them for adulthood, university and employment. Both Employers and Admissions Tutors are keen to reward, not just academic success, but other aspects that form such a key part of a student’s preparation for life in the world beyond education.
Completing the Blenheim Graduation Certificate will provide students with an opportunity to develop those aspects outside of their studies, that Employers and Admissions Tutors so value, and may even lead to accreditation by the AQA exam board.
Students will be expected to participate in and complete 3 core categories – Personal Development, Community Participation and Work Related Learning.
