A Parent Gateway account has been set up for each household. If there is a parent not living at home, they will be issued with a separate account. If you have not done so already, we encourage you to log on and explore some of the information available to you. This account will provide you with access to information about your child(ren)’s timetable, last report and attendance to school and lessons. It will also show you details of any detentions your chlid may receive. You will also be able to see all merits, postcards, detentions and demerits awarded.
Access to the Parent Gateway may be made by either via our website or by typing Blenheim Parent Gateway into your search engine.
Once you have familiarised yourself with the website, we hope you will take advantage of our enhanced facility, which will allow you to request changes to the details we hold in our database, for example if your address, telephone number or email address need updating. There is a facility for you to contact staff directly and to authorise absences, which will save having to write an absence note. For this upgraded facility, a higher level of security is necessary and we will need a valid email address for you as every time a log on is attempted, a one-use PIN is automatically sent to the account holder’s email address. You will need to enter this PIN to access your account.
If you wish to take advantage of the enhanced version of your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, your child’s name and tutor group and request being changed to the enhanced account. All correspondence is dealt with during school hours and will be responded to soon as possible.
