High Performers Showcase Event

Posted on: 07/06/2022

Throughout the academic year, there have been a wide array of High Performers' activities across a variety of subjects. These are made available to those individuals who have performed very well or have demonstrated an excellent work ethic in a particular subject. On the evening of Thursday 26th May, the High Performers' Event involved students showcasing some of the work that they have produced as part of the High Performers' programme.

The evening started with Ms Fourie launching Astronomy Club to current Year 9 students who will be selected for this initiative based on performance in the Sciences to date. This was followed by some fantastic MFL recitals including French poetry from Annabelle and Nikolas plus a Spanish presentation on the environment by Sebastian.

The English High Performers’ group of Emily, Ben, Jessica, Maja and Florence then gave their winning presentation from the Great Blenheim Menu competition and presented some delicious Millionaire’s shortcake for all to enjoy.

The activities in the hall were then rounded off with two excellent Drama monologue performances by Emily and Susannah and this was followed by a presentation of Italian, History, Art and Graphics work which students produced throughout the year.
