GCSE Food Practical Assessment complete!Posted on: 06/03/2018
On Monday, 5th March GCSE Food students completed their three hour practical assessment for their NEA 2 task. They had to cook a European cuisine-themed, three course menu using a range of technical and complex higher level skills. They had to show skills including making pasta from scratch, bread making, de-boning and cooking chicken, filleting and cooking fish, sauce making, using a range of equipment and cooking techniques with high quality outcomes achieved.
