Fun Chinese food masterclass enjoyed by all

On Tuesday 5th November the Healthy Chinese Cuisine Ambassadors came into school to work with our Year 10 GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students on their Asian Food project. They completed a presentation on Chinese cuisine and culture then demonstrated a recap on how to de-bone chicken to make an authentic Hoisin Chicken and vegetables Chinese dish.

Our students had a very informative and enjoyable time and we have since received a lovely email from the FUN HCCA team.
