Something Fishy!

On Wednesday, our Year 9 and 10 GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students welcomed chef Paul Jervis from Westminster Kingsway College to Blenheim.  Paul demonstrated how to fillet, pan fry and plate up a mackerel as part of their technical skills for their GCSE course. 

The students were amazing and coped really well, despite the smell and having to remove the head and all of the internal organs!
