Year 9 Food Technology Masterclass

Year 9 GCSE Food & Nutrition students enjoyed a fish master class by Executive Cucina Chef, Ian Morgan, who demonstrated how to gut, fillet and cook mackerel. Students initially observed and asked questions before preparing the fish and cooking a harissa spiced mackerel with cumin potato hash dish. A great experience for Blenheim students to be inspired by a professional chef.
