Blenheim High School is celebrating fantastic GCSE results on the first Results Day based on public examinations since 2019. In spite of the disruption over the past couple of years, students, staff and parents have all shown remarkable patience, resilience and courage and have been rewarded with Blenheim’s best ever set of GCSE results. 68% of students achieved a 9-4 in Maths and English and 75% of grades awarded are 9-4.

Among the successes are Alexander Siner who attained a clean sweep of 11 x 9s and is Blenheim’s top performing student this year. Other notable successes include Toby H, Constantine T, Lia R, Caoimhe L, Sam M, Liliana O, Edward L, Leah S, Layla U, Evie B, Elinor H, Benjamin P, Joely B, Lily J and Matthew W.

Tony Bodell, Headteacher at Blenheim High School says “This year’s record GCSE results are outstanding and a credit to the students and staff here who have worked tirelessly over many years. We are very proud of the way our students have handled the disruption to Key Stage 4 and are delighted that they have achieved these well-deserved results. I’d like to say a huge congratulations to all our students, staff and parents and we look forward to welcoming many students to Sixth Form in September.”
