The Girls were off to a fantastic start as they won the first quarter 3-0. The team communicated effectively and were able to get free from their opponent easily, which highlighted their excellent knowledge and understanding of the attacking principles. However, the girls were facing tough competition, and we ended up losing the match. We know what we need to work on, and we will only improve!

I am always delighted by the girls' positive attitude, despite the loss, showing great sportsmanship. I'm looking forward to our next training session! See you next week girls!
