Year 9 Music students travelled to London to visit Handel House/Hendrix Museum. It was a fantastic trip where the pupils learnt about Baroque Music and life in the 1700s, created a piece of music in a Baroque style, played a harpsichord, toured through Handel's house and spent time learning about the great rock guitarist, Jimi Hendrix. The students were an absolute credit to the school and were widely complimented by the museum staff and wider community. Thank you to Miss Holmes-Garbutt and Mrs Nelson who accompanied us on the day.
