On Monday night, Blenheim held its annual Christmas Concert, A Spirit of Christmas. The students had been rehearsing all term for the event, and it proved to be a superb occasion. Students performed a mixture of traditional carols and more contemporary Christmas songs, alongside dances, poems and readings that told the Christmas story. The school hall was decorated with twinkling fairy lights, adding to the festive atmosphere. Mrs Barnes ran a highly successful raffle and served refreshments throughout the evening. A special thank you is extended to her, as well as to all the staff, parents and Blenheim families who supported the event, resulting in a packed-out hall. Congratulations and thanks are also given to all the students who performed—they were brilliant, and the school is extremely proud of them.
